Is this used as a verb or as an adjective? If it's used as both, there should be separate strings for each type of word because the verb and adjective are not the same in other languages. Right now, this string is causing a translation error in Russian and German because it is translated as a verb, but used for the seasonal shop as an adjective ("to open" the shop vs. the shop is "open". The way "open" is written in these instances is the same in English, but not Russian - открыть vs. открыт, or German - öffnen vs. geöffnet). If this is only used as an adjective, it's an easy fix though.

Maybe the legal terms/sentences should be an exception and translated by a company that has more experience with legal phrasing, so it is liable also in the other languages...

That aside, it would be better for the translations of this sentence to have the full stop after the markdown/link, not within it, since not in every language does the Grammar permit to end the sentence with the (title of the) link.

"Deleted accounts are permanent" actually sounds rather contradicting. Since you probably do not want to have people read it as an account (but rather the proccess of deleting) being permanent, I'd rephrase that. (e.g. "Deleting your/the/an Account is Permanent").
